Appointment & Arrival
- •Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure you enjoy your full luxury experience.
- •Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to avoid delaying other booked clients.
Cancellation Policy
- •We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
- •Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.
No-Show Policy
- •Missed appointments without notice will require a deposit to rebook future services.
Repair & Guarantee Policy
- •Classic Polish Services: Complimentary repairs within 3 days of your appointment.
- •Shellac / Bio Gel / Powder Services: Complimentary repairs within 7 days of your appointment.
- •Repairs requested after the guarantee window, or due to accidental damage, will be subject to a repair fee.
